General terms and conditions of business

§1 Scope

These general terms and conditions (hereinafter "AGB") of Trinkspielzone.de (hereinafter "seller") apply to all contracts that a consumer or entrepreneur (hereinafter "customer") with the seller with regard to the goods presented by the seller on his website and/ or completes services. This contradicts the inclusion of the customer's own conditions, unless something else has been agreed.

§2 Contract conclusion

The seller's product presentations in the internet shop are used to submit a purchase offer. By sending the order in the Internet shop, the customer gives a binding offer directed at the conclusion of a purchase contract for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The seller immediately confirms the receipt of the order by email.

§3 delivery, availability

If the ordered goods are not available because the seller was not supplied with this goods without their own fault, the seller can withdraw from the contract. In this case, the customer will be informed immediately and consideration already provided will be refunded.

§4 payment modalities

Various payment options are available to the customer, which are specified in the seller's online shop. Payment of the purchase price is due directly when the contract is concluded, unless otherwise agreed.

§5 withdrawal law

Consumers are generally entitled to a right of withdrawal. More information on the right of cancellation arises from the cancellation policy of the seller.

§6 Warranty

The legal regulations apply to the rights of the customer in the event of defects in the event.

§7 final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to contracts between the seller and the customer. If the customer is a consumer, the provisions and rights of the contract that apply according to the right of the country's right to residence in favor of the consumer remain unaffected. The application of the UN sales law is excluded.
