Orders
Where can I find my tracking number?
Tracking is available as soon as the item arrives at its destination. We will update the tracking number as soon as we receive it. You can then track your shipment with your local shipping service provider.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped as soon as it has been processed in our warehouse. Our processing times for orders are usually 2-3 working days.
I have not received my order.
If you have not received your order, there are several ways we can help you. First, please check the status of your shipment on our tracking page.
If no satisfactory information is available there, use our contact formto receive direct support from our customer service. Please enter your order number so that we can help you quickly and efficiently.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
The shipping time is usually 5-10 working days. The delivery time may vary depending on the shipping service provider.
Do you also ship internationally?
Yes, we also deliver internationally. If you would like to order outside the DACH region, please email us for more information.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are €4.90 per order. From an order value of 50 € we ship free of charge.
Returns and right of withdrawal
How do I return a product?
You can return a product within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
The product must be returned in its original condition and with all labels attached. Please use our returns portalto initiate a return and follow the necessary steps.
How long does it take until I receive my refund?
Refunds are usually processed within 14 working days of receipt of the return.
How do I cancel an order?
Orders can be canceled as long as they have not been shipped. Contact us within 12 hours of placing the order to cancel.
Once the shipping process has started, cancelation is no longer possible.
